When your mind is cluttered and it is operating without your consent, it will only be responsive to your external environments. It will react to what it knows best without your conscious knowing of the unlimited possibilities available to you.

Its programming operates without you, feeding of memories, habits, limiting beliefs, experiences and so on. This muscle called our brain, will only be used according to how it has been trained and programmed at early stages of life. As your sub conscious is controlling your reactions and actions you need to be aware that it is just an illusion of your understanding when your ideas of beliefs were formulating at such a young age.

Before my days of meditation, I had an extremely depressive and very toxic mindset. It was conflicted between reality and truth, traumatized with repeat sufferings, different personalities showing up, outbursts of rage mistaken as need for perfection, repeat self-destructive cycles and there was so much noise in there, that there was never any peace. There were thoughts that didn’t belong to me and there was fear of the darkness comforting my insecurities and empowering my ego.

When there is powerlessness in our minds there is darkness that peers through an unfamiliar but comforting pain. We buy the stories and we create beliefs to hide behind. Here we feel safe and master the art of suffering in silence, never sharing our truths, hiding from the world our longing to be heard, to be seen, to BE!!!!
