WELCOME to Day 7 of the 30- day challenge. Today is about spending a little time for yourself with yourself to digest and reflect on the past 6 days and what each activity that you have tried has done for you. The most important part of this empowering journey is learning how to be with yourself and to ask yourself questions, how did I feel about these exercises, what did they bring up for me and which one resonated most. It’s a great way to know yourself a little deeper and to observe how you respond to different things. Digesting all the new information helps us to integrate new habits, little by little day by day!
