WELCOME to Day 9 of the 30- day challenge. Today’s Challenge is about being still and being in the present moment. I have given you an exercise that will help to bring you into the now. This mundane activity is about pushing boundaries, letting go and accepting where you are right now. This method is said to bring you calmness and peace and is an exercise you may wish to do weekly. If you have children 8 years and up you might ask them to join you! My kids I mentor loooove this exercise as do my adult children!
