A Little Deeper (into scarcity-based thinking)

When you act from a place of desperation, fear or self-doubt this begins to rob you from opening to the greatness of life. It does not allow for life to flow nor for your energy to release as these feelings bring about actions that limit your possibilities. It begins to close doors, instead of opening opportunities, growth or development, it restricts your vision to open with clarity, it will misguide you to believe that your behavior is acceptable and justifiable because of your situation and to be honest with you this is what scarcity-based thinking does.

If you notice that your thoughts or stories are justifying your behaviors that is a sign of scarce thinking, if you are making a decision that has a short term fix then you are not seeing the other option of a long term solution that is scarce thinking, if you are accepting that you cannot get yourself out of a difficult situation, that is scarce thinking, if you are suffering from anxiety and depression that is scarce thinking. Basically, anything with a closing statement is scarcity-based thinking. In order to open to the abundance of life keep an open powerful question attached to your situation, no matter what it is.

For eg; “this my life, that’s how it is” closed statement of scarce thinking. Or open powerful question that leads to abundance, “what can I do to change my situation, is there a way out and how can I achieve this?”
