Discomfort in your Emotions.

Our emotional guide usually shows up in different forms, where we experience discomfort through, frustration, anger, sadness, anxiousness, depression etc.… Most of the time we get lost in our emotion, focusing our energy on the trigger in front of us, validating our feelings and then creating a comfortable place of accepting this discomfort even if it doesn’t feel good or even provide you with a positive solution.

We act according to our own discomfort not realizing that right now we have an opportunity to decide on how we want to feel. I mean the power is in our hands and we just continually put all our efforts into disempowering our lives.

What we don’t realize that over years and years of accommodating yourself to get comfortable with these uncomfortable moments, you begin to become more and more disconnected from your authentic self, as your human experience is starting to steer you into an illusion of beliefs.

These wonderful discomforts are a reaction to you not being aligned with your inner being. It is much more effective for you identify what your inner being wants in this situation and start to shift your focus on what you truly want and empower with your focus and your conscious mind!
