WELCOME to Day 8 of the 30 – day challenge. Today’s exercise is about grounding yourself in nature. Take a walk in the park, on the beach or in your backyard. Take your shoes off and want you to pay attention to the vibration under your feet. Connect and feel the energy of mother earth, stand still close your eyes and imagine the strength and the power of mother earth’s energy rising up through your feet, through every cell of your body, filling you with unconditional love and wisdom. Take a few deep breaths and just visualize you standing in the middle of the earth, absorbing its beauty, power and essence. Your spirit connecting into oneness.
